We build houses and we love what we do! For over 30 years we have been building homes in Lloydminster and the surrounding area. We’ve raised our family in Lloydminster and have watched the city grow with new families deciding to make their home here. We are proud of the homes we have built here, our workmanship and customer service. Our team enjoy working with our homeowners to make sure their homebuilding experience is positive. We have been members of the New Home Warranty Programs in both Alberta and Saskatchewan for over 25 years and take pride in our good standing with these programs. Chris Benoit (The Boss) is a journeyman carpenter with a lot of years under his tool belt, Dwight Dunsmore comes from a banking background and manages to juggle everything and everyone in the office, Brenda Lee Benoit is a Residential Designer and loves to design, Craig Benoit came on board after getting his degree in Business Economics and is in sales and estimating and we would like to welcome our newest team member, Eric Wyness,an experienced carpenter who will be keeping everything on the jobsites running smoothly.
