We have a high regard for customer satisfaction and we strive to make sure that moving into a new home is an easy experience for you. But we don’t stop providing help when you move in. We have been members of the Alberta and Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Programs for over 25 years. As such we make sure to help with an issues that may arise after you take possession of your new home.
Alberta New Home Warranty Program coverage:
1 Year coverage for defects in materials and labor provided by the builder.
2 Year coverage for defects in materials and labor related to delivery and distribution systems including heating, electrical, and plumbing systems.
5 Year coverage for defects in the building envelope, which is considered in the Act as the system of components which separate the controlled interior air from the exterior; further, the warranty provider must offer the option to purchase additional years of coverage.
10 Year coverage for structural defects.

Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program coverage:
1 Year coverage on the workmanship and materials that were provided by the builder.
2 Year coverage on the building envelope.
5 Year coverage against any major structural elements. This would include any engineered system such as the roof system, floor system, or any load bearing members.
There is also the option of upgrading the structural coverage to 10 Years.
